Bare shell delivery for unit interiors affording unit holders to do their own finishing.
Ceramic tiles on walls and floors of all toilets.
Quality ceramic and CP fittings and fixtures in toilets.
Fully glazed mild steel windows with integrated windows.
Weather coat acrylic paint on external walls.

Following is the price per unit in SDF Building:

(The unit sizes as detailed in the information Boucher are indicative only and the rate per sq. ft. on actual measurement will be applicable)

Following is the payment plan for the SDF unit at the time of application:

(a) Rs. 1, 00,000/- along with application to be paid by way of Demand Draft in favour of WBHPIL

(b) Rs. 10,000/- along with application as processing fee in the name of WBHA and for the Membership Rs.2000/- Annual Membership plus Rs.5000/- as Admission Fee.

The payment schedule on allotment will be as under:

On allotment/agreement	15%
On completion of piling	15%
On completion of 1st Floor Slab	20%
On completion of 2nd Floor Slab	20%
On completion of 3rd Floor Slab	20%
On handing over the possession	10%

The price of each car parking space is Rs.2, 00,000/-. (Rupees Two Lakhs). For Car parking spaces, there is only one mode of payment, which is outright No installment payments are applicable here.
