The park is proposed to have

• The Park will consist of plots, which will be fully developed (with all infrastructural facilities) and be made available to unit holders who will have to construct their own sheds and begin operations
• Apart from the above there will be multi-storeyed flatted factory (Standard Design Factory) building which will house small manufacturers / accessory manufacturers
